Job Description

This role is a full-time on-site position for a senior sales account manager. The senior sales account manager will have the responsibility of generating new clients and managing and maintaining customer accounts. The focus will be on both acquiring new business and clients (70%) as well as renewals (30%). In addition, the role entails ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and delivering exceptional customer service. Regular communication with clients and collaboration with internal teams will be essential in order to meet the needs of our customers.

Qualifications needed

The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent customer satisfaction and account management skills, ensuring that customers' needs are met and exceeded. They should also have strong customer service skills, providing exceptional service to clients and addressing any concerns or issues they may have. Previous experience in lead generation is important, as they will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Telesales Agent

engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell IT products or services. As a tele sales representative, you will be responsible for making cold calls, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships. Your main objective will be to meet sales targets by understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, and effectively communicating the benefits of our IT solutions. You will need excellent communication and persuasive skills to navigate through objections, answer queries, and negotiate deals. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly. Job Qualifications

2 years of experience in a similar company field. Additionally, a strong understanding of servers, storage, computers, networking, and IT services is required. This knowledge will enable the candidate to effectively communicate with potential customers over the phone, providing them with relevant information and solutions based on their needs. The ability to confidently discuss these technical aspects will allow the telesales representative to build trust and credibility with customers, ultimately leading to successful sales conversions.
